For Valentine ’s weekend , the girl and I head to Portland . This mostly ask lots of tasty food and photo at Multnomah Falls ( naturally ) . But we also hit the glide to see Haystack Rock on Cannon Beach . This is the location made ill-famed by The Goonies , and it ’s the rock you see in my photograph . It was inhuman and rainy , but we could n’t help walking that beach for hours . Beautiful . This shaft came out of a Fujifilm X - T1 with 18 - 55 millimeter lens , handheld . options : 18 mm , 1/400 s , f / 2.8 , ISO 200 .

For the shooting challenge of “ Love , ” it was more of an abstract one , and could go in many directions . When I happened upon a full box of bosom shape donut , it was vindicated I had launch my subject- and it was not likely to last long !
I captured the image with my Nokia Lumia 635 , and did some basic people of colour and contrast tweaks in the phone ’s Lumia Creative Studio . The image were then resize in Microsoft Paint to the request resolutions .
And yes , for the record , I consumed the donut with the pink frosting . Mmmm….donuts !

I was with my kid and a acquaintance of his and these two cuss were Gallic kiss right there . I was a bit uncomfortable , more than I would if it was a heterossexual duad , I must admit . Then I keep an eye on the little Kid that were with me not caring AT ALL . I took it as a object lesson on my own diagonal . I call up that I was very pro - braw rights , but still finger uneasy looking at two guy rope kissing in public . Since the piffling kid were no caring , why should I ? then I go up the guys and asked if I could take some snap . Thank them and go out . Canon 5D M III , 50 mm select lens .

Always a cluster of nerveless stuff to photograph around Wynwood . There was this art firearm with the bosom where everyone wanted to shoot in front of . I thought the people gathered around it was more interesting . ISO 3200 , f 2.5 , 1/320 sec at 28 mm .

That Coworker Is Just Tops
A thoughtful coworker handed out gift bag to everyone a few days before Valentine ’s Clarence Day . When I pulled this top out of the bag ( and after I played with it for a few proceedings ) I knew that it had to be the subject of a Valentine photograph .
The Setup : Canon 60d on a tripod , Canon 24 - 105 f4L , LimoStudio monolight with a blood-red gel lighting the background , The background is wrinkled Al transparency on poster board , LimoStudio monolight with a 24″x24″ softbox light the spinning top from the left and behind it , To enamour the motion , I turn on the modeling sparkle on the flash that was lighting the top and I used a ho-hum 1/4 2d shutter speed
