The United States has n’t always had a great human relationship with Mexico , but in 1970 things were pretty congenial . Then , in July , an Athena Eruca sativa went off course with ampul of radioactive material . Some say the leave impact create the “ Mapimi Silent Zone . ”

Because the zones are mobile , it ’s unacceptable to test . This lack of testability may be fortunate for those who exact that the desert has become a hub for UFO activity and other strange phenomena .
