Frank Sinatra’s former West Hills, California home has hit the market!
The four-bedroom and six-and-a-half bathroom equestrian, mid-century style home has beenlistedfor $8.995 million with Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes of Frontgate Real Estate.

Sinatra lived in the home for eight years, according to theNew York Post.
The one-story home sits on four acres of land and is situated atop an exclusive half-mile private road. According to its listing, the location allows for “breathtaking city light views” and “sweeping vistas of a lush 1300 acre Nature Reserve.”

Upon entry of the home and past a pavilion glass door, lies a grand parlor with soaring 16-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which give a full frame view of the property’s spacious pergola, terrace lounge and a 50-foot pool.

Sinatra died in 1998 at the age of 82. Back in 2015, his daughter Tina Sinatra told PEOPLE that the legendary performer “wanted to live to be a hundred more than life.”
“His ambition was to live as long as he could, as close to a hundred as he could. He thought that would be swell,” she said. Tina also told PEOPLE that she has a deep appreciation for his generation of fans.

Life was the gift.”
