The Dodge collided with a Honda Accord just after 4:30 p.m. local time. Inside the Accord were a 21-year-old man, who was driving, and a 21-year-old female passenger. Both the man driving the Dodge and the woman riding in the Accord were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Dodge appeared to be “traveling too fast” for the road’s icy conditions prior to the crash, according to police....
