Mel B, 43, has listed her 4-bedroom, 6-bathWest Hollywood homefor $5.9 million with Ben Belack and Blair Chang of The Agency.
The home was built in 1928, according to theLos Angeles Times, but underwent a major re-design in 2016 and now boasts an ultra-modern style.

The result is a tech aficionado’s dream, as the house has a Control4 Smart Home system, which allows homeowners to control music, lighting, automatic shades and fireplaces inside and out.
TheTimesreports Mel B bought the home for $4.34 million in 2014 with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.
She reportedly first put it up for sale two years ago with a price tag of $8.995 million, and is now making a new attempt with a lower price tag.
The British singer and Belafonteseparatedin December 2016, andfinalized their divorcein December 2017 after 10 years of marriage.
